  re routing cold water supply in kitchen and through joists to connect bathrooms. fitting outdoor tap

  it was a plumbing problem that was baffling me; lots going on in small space before fitting kitchen units. Plumber knew straight away what was needed and did it in roughly an hour, including fitting an outdoor tap! Genius.
