Very impressed with Bal and his team. The entire process only took 3 weeks, with the installation taking a few days -quicker than I had expected. Communication was excellent throughout.

Bal was very accommodating and fitted around my work schedule and fitted the carpets when it was convient for us. Very professional service. Communication was brilliant, always kept fully updated, if we had any doubts with the colour, Bal would come and show us the samples again to ensure we got the carpet that we wanted. I would highly recommend Heathrow Carpets, they done a very professional job, extremely pleased with the carpets and I would definately use them again.
