Plumbing emergency! Used Checkatrade on Sunday night, got an almost immediate response from Heathstead. Very professional person called me to ask for more information, and to send photos. Received quote and an appointment time, shortly after. I was happy to book as a friend had also used Heathstead via Checkatrade and had recommended them to me.
They were super helpful in trying to arrange a time that fitted my work schedule. Tjay was excellent - very professional and personable. He got on with the work, very happy with the standard, and he explained everything very clearly. Will use again.
