Excellent service from Heatifix and especially Justin. He carried out a very thorough inspection and clearly explained several urgent issues involving our boiler condensate pipe, kitchen drainage, and an unsafe socket under the sink. Everything was explained in a professional and honest manner without pressure. The quotation was detailed, easy to understand, and reasonably priced for the amount of work involved. Justin was punctual, knowledgeable, polite, and took time to answer all questions. Highly recommended for reliable and professional property maintenance work.
