These guys were so quick to respond managed to get a same day service booked in, we needed our American fridge freezer plumbed in. Justin came for the installation in the late afternoon. Justin was friendly and very knowledgable, job was unfortunately not repairable on the day due to requiring a new tap replacement, in which I will need to order a specific one to match the kitchen. Other leaks were repaired, now have no leaks from the waste pipe. Will be getting Justin back to install the new tap once ordered! Great Service overall!

The customer service was excellent. Jake and the plumber, Justin, resolved the issue efficiently and professionally. Although I found the price to be slightly higher than expected, I did not have the resources to outsource the work elsewhere. Overall, I am very happy with the service they provided. They successfully replaced the shower and repaired the stopcock underneath the sink, and the work was completed to a high standard.
