    Helpful and quick if need be.

    The boiler (newish) was unresponsive despite pump and valves operating normally. Heating Company organised an engineer quickly and we were sorted, - an over temp lock-out. The office staff are knowledgeable, sympathetic, helpful and easy to talk to as are the field technicians. If you've read this far, give them a call. We have relied on them for years and thoroughly recommend them.

    We are extremely pleased with everything about the company

    The initial visit to see what we needed to replace our 20 year old boiler was was extremely helpful as a full explanation was given about the improvements that were possible including lifting the new boiler higher to fit better into the kitchen cupboard. A quote was supplied which was fair and we accepted. The work was done the following week. We were told 2 days and that was what it took. The work was space was kept clean and surfaces well covered. The new pipe arrangement and extra filter will give us a much better hot water and central heating. An excellent job.

    Friendly, helpful, great knowledge and service

    I have used Heating Company for over 15 years and am really happy with their service. They have kept my old gas boiler working for all that time with minimal cost, and are very helpful and flexible when there were issues. They also did my annual gas checks when renting out. Really appreciative of their support over the years.

    New Boiler installation, excellent work.

    I recently had a new boiler fitted. The work was excellent, efficient and professional, and all completed in one day, on schedule, as agreed. All was left clean and tidy and all redundant parts and rubbish removed at the end of the day, and I was given a comprehensive explanation of how it all worked. I have no hesitation in recommending the Heating Company, Cambridge
