A tenanted property had an issue with the boiler. The engineer came within 24 hours at the agreed time and investigated and resolved the issue in 1 hour. He also provided information on the condition of the boiler and advised what to do in the future. There was no additional charge than what was initially agreed. I am very happy with the service.
