    Boiler was leaking.

    Outstanding service. Boiler was leaking, in a heatwave. They arrived the next morning (boiler broke in the night) and had replaced the broken part and was up and running within an hour. Great service at a reasonable price. What more could want 10/10.

    Boiler repairs

    Gary originally come to check over the boiler last week and sorted a few quick issues out so we had hot water until he could come back and fix all the issues the following week. He was quick and very friendly and did a brilliant job explaining what was wrong and what needed changing with pictures etc

    Our 30 year old hot water system needed upgrading.

    The work was extensive and expensive but worth while. The new gas boiler will be more efficient. the workmen were diligent and thorough and arranged the gas safe certificate and warranty etc. We found them to be very courteous and worked hard, and they cleaned up their mess and took away the old fittings etc. afterwards.

    Booked a boiler service - entire boiler replaced.

    Booked a boiler check/service only to be told the boiler was dangerous upon inspection and needed to be shut down & replaced. Not what you ever want to hear. Gary was able to arrange to have the boiler removed & replaced in the same day, which was something of a consolation. It was a shock to the system but Gary & his colleague were able to minimise the pain.
