From the first meeting with David to completion of the job was a good customer experience. No problem having a second discussion about simplifying our heating controls which reduced the cost of the job.

Heating Homes responded within an hour of our posting on Boiler Guide. Rob visited the next day to scope the job. We accepted his competitive and clearly listed quote. His team finished in 1.75 days against an initial estimate of 3, largely down to the efficient sequencing of the work by the lead engineer, Adrian on day 1. He and Steve were polite, friendly and left the work areas clean and tidy. We had some teething issues with the electrical control system. The company responded promptly; Steve investigated and resolved the problem. Overall very satisfied. Would recommend.

From David assessing the work to be done -and his fair quote -to the two, excellent, engineers - Nathan and Adrian - carrying out the work very efficiently, with good humoured patience and keeping us informed of each stage of the work, the job was completed in a day. A small “snag” was resolved by another engineer, Steve, within a day of us reporting it to Rob in the office. So far, so good! Thank you.

David came around to survey the work for a change to a new systems boiler. He offered great insight to the products offered by his company and what was needed to be done and offered a lot of tips! We evaluated a few quotes from other companies too and Heating Homes came top of the list. Availability to carry out the work was really quick and all done within one day without any issues.
