Quick to respond to check a leak in our boiler. Undertook necessary repair. Spotted problems with the heat exchanger and suggested fitting a filter - arranged to do these works a few days later. Michael is professional, courteous and efficient. Particularly impressed by his admin / customer care skills - time well-spent and it puts him head and shoulders above other engineers.
