Annual gas inspection and certificate
10Verified ReviewExcellent service. Technician was delayed but telephoned to explain and apologise. Clean, tidy and friendly. Checked a concern I had with radiators and confirmed a problem with some controls. Ordered replacements. I have used Heatlink for gas servicing for six years and always be more than happy with their work.

10Verified ReviewMy father's boiler had stopped firing so he had no hot water. I called and left a message and got an email offering an appointment the next day. The service was quick and efficient and the person who came to mend the boiler was courteous, tidy, clear and fixed it quickly. They were also conscientious. Have always had good service from Heatlink since we started using them 3 years ago for my parents who are elderly and disabled.

Over the last few months Heatlink have worked tirelessly to keep it working and maintained, and have provided sound advice and recommendations about a replacement for our oil tank. They have been prompt, courteous, and patient; they keep the recommended work to what is necessary; and they do not give up. Highly recommend.

Both the engineers were very pleasant and efficient. I would highly recommend Heatlink for any heating services you may require.

We're a plumbing and heating company based in Norwich covering Norfolk, Suffolk and further a field. We're registered with Gas safe to undertake Natural gas and LPG. We're also registered with Oftec to carry out Servicing, Breakdowns and Installations of all oil appliances and oil tanks.
We're a family run business which has been running for 3 years now. We have fully qualified engineers who have many years of experience and expertise in their fields of operation.
We can carry out Domestic, Commercial and Industrial plumbing and heating requirements. We also undertake Commercial catering and Laundrette's. We're also registered to Install, Service and Maintenance on Air source heat pump, Ground source heat pump and Solar systems. We're register with NICEIC to carry out work on unvented hot water cylinders (G3 qualification).
In 2017 we was short listed for best small business of the year award for the EDP business awards. In 2018 we was selected to be part of the Future 50 program by Lovwell Blake. As of this year we have been short listed for two categories in the heating and ventilation awards in London, the categories are Best small business of the year and Best domestic installer.
