In full transparency Dave is a neighbour of mine, but that has not influenced my review. The simple fact is Dave and Jack are brilliant at what they do they have been servicing my boiler for years and then when it finally broke down installed a new boiler at a competitive price within a day. It is working brilliantly, they showed us how to use the heating remote and communication was great throughout, by accident a toilet seat was broken and this was replaced without question or charge. Cannot recommend enough.

We were impressed from the quote down to completion of the work. Everything so clearly explained. Quick and clear communication at all times. On time and left each day, that old boiler removal and new boiler installation was being done, tidy and clean. We had Dave and his apprentice Jack, both very nice. Would highly recommend.

Very helpful and efficient. Contacted me first thing Monday and job done Tuesday afternoon. Asked for photo of leaking joint in advance so was able to source the correct part before coming.

Dave came in very competitive on price and done a brilliant job, was very clear on what was being done when. He also helped with all the design and what would and wouldn’t work. Bathroom looks unbelievable. Shout out to Jack too!

I contacted Dave for a quote to renew my main bathroom, ie new toilet, basin, shower/bath, towel rail, illuminated mirror, replace ceramic floor tiles with underlay and click LVT, remove all the wall tiles and partially replace. I also wanted the extractor fan moved to a new position. The communication was great, whether via email/phone/sms, Dave's quote was clear and reasonable, and we agreed on what materials I would provide and what Dave would provide, so there was clear understanding. The work was done to a very high standard, Dave and his team were great, you won't go wrong with Heatplan.
