    No solution to the problem, terribly unfriendly management

    I have booked an hour of an engineer's time to repair a problem with our boiler. The guy turned up and very quickly determined the problem, left after 10min and said the repair would have to be a separate booking. When I called Heat Plan to complain that this had not been made clear to me when booking, and that I had expected to get a full hour of service, the manager I spoke to got very aggressive. When I said I could revoke the payment he threatened to 'come and take bits out of my boiler', then hung up. I'm still shocked at the level of aggressive unfriendliness of this company. Speechless.
