Gas Safety Certificate, new boiler installation
I have used HeatPlex on many occasions and have them to be very conscientious and thorough in their work with excellent attention to details. I would happily recommend them as a trustworthy and sensibly priced gas engineer company.

Boiler fix
Joe was very responsive at getting back to me when our boiler broke. He prepared and got all the answers he needed before coming around and fixed it very quickly explaining each part of the process. He made the visit fun and we had some great chats while he was here, I will be calling again with any house hold issues in the future.

Yearly boiler maintenance and servicing, new TVR’s fitted throughout, some plumbing.
Joe from Heatplex is amazing. His number was on my boiler when I bought my flat and after the first time of meeting him when we needed our first boiler service I realised I would never use a different plumber. I’ve recommended him to my local friends who also are all very happy with his work. Nothing is too much trouble, he’s polite, friendly, good at his job and charges a reasonable price. Feel fortunate to have stumbled across this excellent, hard working, genuine guy.

Leak fixed from washing machine.
Joe fixed a leak from my washing machine, he explained the reason why the leak happened and how we can prevent it happening again which was super helpful for me as I know nothing about plumbing! The work was completed quickly. Highly recommend.
