Jamie was really lovely and carried out the work of removing my old oil boiler and replacing it with a new one perfectly. He also suggested a filter to my mains which had made a lot of difference to my hard water. I will always use him now for all my plumbing needs.

Excellent after care too, was more than happy to give advice when I didn’t understand how to reset the thermostat a few weeks later. I needed a service for my boiler which hadn’t been service for a couple of years. Jamie was recommended via FB so I contacted him for a quote. He explained the two options for a service, cost, and what each of those options would include work-wise. From the outset, he was quick to respond and communicated clearly throughout. He came to do the work soon after making contact. Despite running slightly behind schedule (as is to be expected with such professions), he kept me updated so I wasn’t waiting around. He was polite, professional and tidy in his work. Cost as quoted. Would use again!

We have recently had a new boiler change and power flush done by Jamie, he talked us through the whole process and advised us on which boiler would be best for us. The job was completed quickly and efficiently over a weekend so we didn’t have any disruption which was great for our business. Would highly recommend!
