Did not confirm date and no response to calls
I contacted Heat Source to arrange a gas safety inspection. After a quick conversation where I was told they had availability at the end of the week, I was asked to text my details and that I'd receive confirmation of the time and date. No confirmation was received and my calls and voicemail have not been responded to. Very disappointing considering the good reviews. Even if they were unable to complete the work, I would have expected the courtest of a phone call.

Replaced 2 radiators, new TRV's on radiators, gas hob and oven removed, pipework sealed.
Work surveyed, quote provided. Work completed as agreed and on time. Would recommend.

Heating system overhaul.
Martin from Heat Source was fantastic throughout the modernisation of our heating system. Not only did he make recommendations towards what we could do, but listened to what we wanted and went out of his way to ensure we got it. We have since passed his details on to several family members including one with a large buy to let portfolio and Heat Source have now become their go to plumber/gas engineer of choice. We have other projects planned and would only consider using Heat Source.L in the future.

Gas safety inspection with boiler service on a property we are purchasing.
Really easy to organise the visit with. We attended the property at the same time as the inspection and he clearly explained what he had done and what action we would need to take as the purchaser. Very happy with his service and will use again in the future.
