Originally quoted a price for two engineers for two days but when the work was done it only took one engineer and a helper 1 day but I was refused a reduction in price. Work was done well and happy with new boiler but old boiler was left in my yard for two weeks and had to chase to get them to take away. Also they spilt a lot of kerosene in my boiler house so now you can even smell it inside my house. I have also been left with a trail of sludge and kerosene out onto the street where they eventually took the old boiler. Overall I feel I have been over charged and left with a smell and a mess.

Work was carried out very successfully and very neatly and I will, be very happy to recommend HeatSourse ( Wales ) to friends and family.

Only took one day to complete- arrived on time and worked hard through the day. Very pleasant and kept me informed of what they were doing. Explained all the procedures as new to a combi boiler . Really pleased with the overall service.
