A boiler was fitted in a house I rent to tenants. The flu was not fitted properly on the inside so there is a large hole around it. The collar is not attached to the wall because there is no wall right there, there's a big hole. I only found out because the gas network put a danger notice on the boiler - they feel it's not safe. Simon from the Heat team feels it is safe. Either way I'm not happy with the finish internally. Simon's yet to attend to complete the job. He keeps saying he will but he hasn't.

Currys refused to fit my gas cooker as apparently the room above was not enough even though cookers had stood there for at least 25 years ! I called a few places before I eventually got to Simon who said he could send someone within the hour actually I think the lad that came out was within half an hour , he did a great quick job offered to take my cooker box away and homes my stress was just lifted .

Had a nightmare with my boiler , not hot water or heating, another company tried to scam me and my wife. Simon came over and gave us a second opinion. Within a few days Simon and Connor turned up on the time they agreed new boiler installed within a few hours. No mess in site hoovered up when the job was done. Great lads great service, great price. Thank you
