Contacted Heat team ne ltd to fit a combi boiler. Simon & Conner came out & we're excellent from the very start. They were polite, efficient & very tidy. I would highly recommend this company & I've used a lot of plumbers over the years 👍😊

I have a 10 year old Baxi boiler that has been giving a very hard time for months...I called City Gas Newcastle to fix it, and long story short I ended up paying him £90 for the call (working day in the afternoon) and giving him £500 for the "repair". A few hours after the "repair" the boiler started to act up again, just like before, waste of money and time. Then thank god I found James and Simon from Heat Team. James is a proper engineer and he identified and solved the problem immediately, without changing any parts, recalibrated the boiler and now it works like a charm. ABSOLUTELY GOLD
