We had just moved into our house and we needed help navigating our gas cylinders and Boiler (we are not in mains gas). Ethan was brilliant - he showed us how to use the boiler, ensure we had gas with no leaks and provided us with some additional guidance. Great service and great value!

Gas Boiler wouldn't fire up despite repeated attempts. Heat Tech responded with an immediate visit by an Engineer when it was discerned that there were a number of issues with the Boiler which was over 17 years old and had given valiant service. Estimate provided for a new Gas Boiler and arrangements made for installation the following day. All went through smoothly - all neat and tidy and the new Gas Boiler is working without any problem - hopefully for at least the next 10 years which is the warranty period, if not longer!!
