Fantastic experience. My engineer was recommended by a work colleague who was couldn't sing praises high enough. Information/pictures were requested before the visit, so that he knew exactly what he was dealing with and what he'd need. He told me what I needed to do beforehand. My engineer turned up at exactly the time he said he would - and it's been a long time since I've met such a friendly, lovely human being! He didn't stop working the whole time he was here, the job was finished and cleared up. It was fantastic. I want to write more about how great the service was - no room left!
