• Gas leak from hob

  Phoned Heatwise this morning and Julian and Jason arrived after finishing their first job. Really polite and friendly. Gas leak from hob was at the connection to the gas pipe. Jason soon had this dealt with while Julian double checked the gas meter pipework for any leaks. All good and a job very well done. Many thanks.

  I had a problem with my thermostat and one of the valves not being set correctly on my boiler which meant I was not receiving hot water. I contacted Julian for a callout but having spoken to him on the phone he was able to solve the issues and provide the advice and information I needed at no cost. I greatly appreciate this sort of customer service for technically a non-customer but I will definitely look to use Julian and Heatwise for future jobs and boiler servicing.
