I called the company, which was fairly local to the property last week, spoke to a very helpful lady over the phone, an appointment was made to call today via the tenant & I left it up to them to take care of which they have, Invoice & certificate in my inbox & reasonably priced. Very happy with the overall service & will store their details for future reference.

Called out yesterday for boiler problem, hot water turning off after about 30 seconds - not nice when in the shower🤣. Here first thing this morning, initially thought might need a new part but on further inspection he was able to clear the blockage & gave me tips on how to prevent happening again. So only had call out fee expense. Full star service, highly recommended.
