10Verified ReviewHappy with the thermostat repair which was the first issue. The second issue was the clock/timer which failed on Xmas Eve causing power failure to the boiler. I genuinely prepared myself for cold showers but Heat Worcester arrived early on Xmas Eve to effect a temporary repair whilst awaiting a new part so I was delighted to have hot water over Xmas. I felt Heat Worcester went the extra mile to help and is clearly reliable and competent.
