My first contact with Heatworks was when I requested a quote for a new boiler. This was arranged very quickly and Dean came to my house and gave a very competitive quote, which I accepted. It was very easy to arrange an installation date, a few days later. Luke arrived on time on the day and treated my property with a great deal of respect. He worked extremely hard throughout the day to install my new boiler. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a new boiler.

Work completed quickly - fixed a leak on radiator valve in newly purchased property and then checked all other valves and fixed some additional issues that I hadn’t previously spotted. Very pleased

Dean arrived the same day as my enquiry to quote me for a new Combi Boiler and Radiator which was replacing a water heater and gas fire. Luke who was very friendly arrived on time and protected our property whilst quickly removing our old water heater and gas fire and clearing away all debris. Within a day and a half he had installed a new Combi Boiler and Radiator and commissioned the system and explained all relevant controls to me. His pipework was very neat in a confined space and more than met my request, he then bricked up the old flue holes leaving my wall looking as good as new.

Easy to deal with over the phone from initial enquiry right up to engineers visiting for work to be carried out. Always friendly and polite on the two occasions I have needed their help

Overall job was satisfactory. But we experienced several delays, as one radiator was installed when it already showed signs of damage. This meant whole system had to be drained again to install the second replacement. But the top grill of this replacement radiator was also damaged. Another visit was arranged, but the third grill was also damaged. In total it took four visits, over the course of 3 weeks to complete this job.
