Install new smart thermostat and remove old one
From the first contact with Ewan the whole process was simple. I was given a precise quote and sorted a date really quickly. Ewan was very accommodating when I had to change the date. From the moment Ewan arrived to when he left, the job was done efficiently and professionally. He offered advice regarding the problems we had setting up the smart thermostat and even checked in later in the day. He was happy to say hello to our little dog and family members when they came to visit. Try to repair the boiler initially and the decided to replace the old boiler.
I received a call from Ewan and he arrived ontime. Very polite young man and made good efford to repair the old boiler. Everything was explained and it was decoded to replace the boiler. He accommodated my request with his schedule and new boiler was installed.
