Excellent company. Repaired our dishwasher. Called first thing in morning and engineer onside by midday. Engineer was informative, very polite and it was obvious that he was experienced. The work was carried out and at all times the kitchen was kept tidy and all fixtures replaced correctly. Office staff were also really efficient and polite. I would highly recommend Hedge End domestics and I will certainly use again when needed.

Dishwasher died. Stuart came out and did the diagnosis which led to decision to buy a new machine. Was in stock so supplied and fitted very promptly and old machine taken away. Excellent communication and advice as to replacement machine.

I had a problem with my washing machine, just completely stopped working. The engineer diagnosed the problem, fixed it there and then.

Received instruction on how to manage controls. Hob is now good to go. 8 JULY.

Immediate response to work request through the app and the job was booked in for the following day. Engineer phoned before attending, as we were told he would. Investigated and confirmed the problem, gave 2 price options for repair and fitted the parts immediately (I had provided the brand and model details in advance as well as a possible diagnosis). Job completed in under an hour and appliance tested before leaving.

The engineer attended as scheduled and was polite knowledgeable and completed the job on the day. Would happily recommend them to anyone.
