  Air source heat pump

  Jon fitted the ASHP exactly when he had promised. He spent a considerable time on site initially balancing the valves even though it was a fixed price contract. A couple of months later I made a stupid mistake which stopped the ASHP working. I rang Jon who turned round on his way to London and came straight to us. By the time he arrived I had sorted the problem and the plant was running. Nevertheless Jon insisted on checking everything out. He then refused to invoice me with a call out charge despite the fact that I had caused the problem! That's what you call service with a capital S.

  Restarting Oil Boiler!

  Jon is the kindest man I have ever come across via Checkatrade. I called far too early on a Saturday morning and he had the curtesy to call me back an hour later and talk me through re starting my oil boiler. He was extremely helpful, patient and above all gave me his time (on a phone call) to explain how to reset. This is one of those moments when faith is restored in the world and specifically in the kindness of people! He went over and above to help me and I cannot thank him enough. And he came with a sense of humour! The problem was solved - the most excellent and unexpected service.

  Pipe work and boiler recommissioning

  Absolutely fantastic experience with Jon. Called up at 5:45pm on a Tuesday and he was round at 12:45pm that Wednesday as it fit between jobs. I’d had an engineer visit that day for an annual maintenance and shut off the boiler for being unsafe. Seemed I’d need a part in order to make the repair, but Jon came and had a look and saved me all that trouble by carrying out some pipe work himself with his (vast array of!) tools from the van. Properly nice chap who had patience for all my questions too. I will not be calling Jon for this stuff as long as I can!

  I have used John for years, nothing is too much trouble, and he will explain everything. Very prompt and 1st class service. I would not use anyone else.

  Replacing gas fire with electric

  Jon did an excellent job taking out our old gas fire and back boiler and fitting a new electric fire. We would highly recommend him.
