A very positive experience from the beginning. Got booked in easily and efficiently. On two occasions, Simon arrived on time and carried out the work in the very friendly and knowledgeable manner. He took time to explain the situation and the implications of different fix scenarios. I would be very happy to recommend Helikon to friends and family.

I contacted Helikon after so many other company’s had been unable to help. The initial contact was amazing. I was reassured and informed what the next steps were. The engineer first came out the following day and put a temporary fix so I could have hot water whilst he sourced the part needed, wrote a full report for my insurance company and booked a suitable day to come and carry out the work. He did the work quickly. He was also professional and friendly and sought to solve every problem at a reasonable price. I honestly couldn’t recommend this company enough!

Emma the receptionist was very professional and courteous and provided great customer service and answered any questions I had about the boiler repair. The plumber named Simon did a fantastic repair of the boiler, he was prompt on arrival and was very efficient. He also put my mind at ease with the boilers condition. Overall 10 out of 10 service.

Created the job on Tuesday, they came out Wednesday to price up then an engineer came Friday to compete the work, really speedy service and good communication throughout. Paid £540 for a boiler leak and some pipe works which they identified as a further problem during the first visit. unsure if that was too much or more or less the correct price, we didn’t bother shopping round as we just wanted it done asap
