Excellent throughout. The quote was clearly explained with options given an honest open advice on available solutions. Arranging a date & time and all the key details being shared in advance was friendly, professional and a breeze. The install was quick, extremely professionally done and fully explained - with a full handover including how to use the system & what to expect. With questions post install welcomed & answered. Most importantly the system works as we were advised it would do without fault, meeting our requirements fully. Very happy. Already planning the next job.

Rad change, used them a few times, really comfortable using them on anything, actually need them again in a few weeks for the ensuite. Wouldnt use anyone else.

The company responded in a timely manner when approached to service the heating system. The work was completed on the agreed date and time, in a professional manner. There was a reasonable delay while spare parts were obtained and the repair work carried out. The office was efficient making all the arrangements and keeping me informed.

Had a new boiler fitted by Helikon and some months later there was an issue with boiler intermittently loosing pressure. Simon came out the day after contacting and corrected the issue at no extra charge! Fantastic service. Thank you Simon and Emma!

Firstly, Emma is an absolute star! Excellent communication and tried her best to accommodate for customers. Steven, the engineer, was professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and very respectful of home space. He called when enroute with an ETA, which is very helpful and reassuring. Highly recommend.
