Fitting a new Gas Boiler
I had ordered the wrong boiler from Heatable which didn't fit. Chris liaised with them and arranged another slimmer boiler and then stayed until after 7.30pm to ensure it was up and running. (over 12 hours and still had an hour to get home). Amazing commitment to the customer.

Trying to fix a Back Boiler.
Rob tried to fix the back boiler, but it was too far gone to be fixed. However, he gave me advice and a course to progress forward with tips and suggestions. Remarkably, I was happy he turned up. Other engineers wouldn't give my time of day. Plus he came out all that way was a complete miracle. At least he has me settled at acquiring a Electric Combi Boiler in the near future. Thanks, Rob. Boiler replacement
Very pleased with our new boiler. Rob was polite, helpful and tidy. Reliable and prompt both on the day of the boiler replacement and when he came out to give us a quote. Would definitely recommend. Thanks again!
