Louis arrived with his team to do a routine boiler service, which he hadn’t serviced before. He knew immediately that there was something seriously wrong despite it working. He quickly sprang into action to decommission the unsafe boiler and removeit to avoid any danger. I needed a new boiler quickly because of the severe weather and Louis had everything ordered before he left and returned early the next morning to install it. He was accompanied by Stephan and Elliot who all work so efficiently together. They are very respectful and ensure everything is left clean and tidy. Job location: PO21Recently reviewed Louis from Helpful Heating when our system ceased to work and he came and got the heating on to get us through the weekend. During this time Louis mentioned a few options. He was very firm that he wanted to ensure we were aware of costs and performance. He was very attentive to our needs and we decided on work that could be carried out. On the day Louis and team attended, they were friendly, attentive and during the job decided that certain work could be avoided saving us £200 off the price. Louis and his team recently completed a replacement of our old boiler with a new combi boiler. Louis was very helpful and detailed in his communication. Good communication, kept us in the loop. Didn’t even charge for first visit and inspection. Louis isolated the issue arranged the parts and fitted them all over Christmas week when most plumbers for sure would be enjoying their mince pies! Clean and tidy lads, well mannered, polite , shoes off etc… respectful lads. Wife was very impressed. Louis was fantastic and incredibly knowledgeable. He came and immediately managed to get the heating up and running and explained what was going on. We have recently moved into the property and he talked us through some of the issues that we may face. He is now working on what all the options are to help us decide on next steps. They came back to redress a previous job dealing with 2 bathroom radiators not heating up on the 8/3/2023. Having been promised on 19/4/24 that once the part was ordered, the engineer would come back with the part to fix the leak coming from the HIU, (so that the pressure didn’t drop). Louis never had the courtesy to reply to my WhatsApp message of 21/4/24, (where I asked for the pricing of the part), nor any of my emails of 25/4/24, 20/5/24 and 5/7/24. It is now 3/1/25!! Absolutely amazing! Within hours I was contacted and booked in. They very quickly located the leaks (created by a previous tradesman) explained and very promptly fixed all leaks. Put everything back better then new. Very respectful, cleaned up brilliantly and were very quick. Value for money. Absolutely brilliant with servicing the boiler too! Very reasonably priced, that with the communication just made this stressful situation managable.
