Our 3rd and last experience. Never again, what an unpleasant man to deal with. We had more jobs to be done this day but we never got there as it took 6 hours to assemble the shed. Several readjustments/reassemblys which we appreciate was to ensure a good finish but it still really shouldn't have taken 6 hours, particularly not if being paid at an hourly rate. Returned to the house flustered, frustrated and snappy, which we ignored (and ignored on on a previous job). However when questioning the length of time and pay for this job he raised his voice at us in our home and was extremely rude.

Excellent service and first-rate standard of work. Would 100% recommend. We needed various jobs to complete our kitchen including securing a backboard to our breakfast worktop, constructing a plinth to cover up the legs and adding some extra shelves to our kitchen among a collection of other jobs. Russell surveyed our kitchen, advised on materials/design, offered ideas to solves issues, purchased materials and completed all of the work to a great standard. We would definitely not hesitate to use Russell again and have complete trust that he would do a great job at a good price.

Our second time having Helping Hand over to do a job and another stellar one it's been! Also so refreshing to find someone who's as responsive and keen as Russell, as well as someone who offers quick appointments and keeps to them to! Thank you again.

Russell came to our rescue after we'd been left with an insecure front door after poor encounter with another tradesperson. He was able to pop over the next day and arrived bang on time as promised. Lovely chap, tidy, reliable, fair pricing, would highly recommend. Many thanks.
