    5* service from the Owners, Kerry & Ian. Responded instantly, provided a quote within a matter of hours without needing to visit the house and within 1 week it was installed with no issues at all. I reached out to Stannah and Acorn, but decided against the 'big 2' and to go with Helping Hands as the service was quicker, personable, more efficient and most importantly, cheaper!

    Excellent service all round from Helpinghands Stairlifts

    My wife & I had a re-conditioned curved stairlift fitted by Ian a few days before Christmas 2025. From start to finish we were so impressed with the advice and service provided by Kerry & Ian. The installation took just a few hours and the quality of the work was exceptionally good. The stairlift is now in regular use and will prove to be a boon in helping us both in the future.

    I would like to give a massive thanks to Ian and Kerry at Helping Hand stairlifts for their prompt, courteous and wonderful service. Following a recent operation I required a stair lift in order to help me access my upstairs. I contacted Helping Hands and they fulfilled my order within days. I would highly recommend their service!

    Fantastic local Company

    5 ***** 10/10 Stairlift supplied and fitted yesterday by Kerry and Ian for my dad. Kerry went above and beyond to fit me in so my dad can come home from hospital. So professional, caring, excellent service and product. Cannot recommend this Company enough.

    The best place to get stair lift from

    If you are on here, looking for a stairlift, look no further than Kerry and Ian. We looked at several companies before coming across “Helping Hand Stairlifts” As soon as I spoke to Kerry, I knew I wanted to get a stair lift from them as Kerry made the process so painless answering all my questions. Really liked that photo’s and what I had learnt from other quotes was enough to get the right lift and fair price. Did not need to come to the house or try the hard sell. Kerry and Ian make a great team, and Ian does a great job of installing Mum was delighted. Look no further give them a call
