I found the service offered was very good. From first contact to installation I can not fault. the instal of our solar battery was carried out by two very polite electricians. Their work was neat and tidy with no mess and all boxes etc cleared away.

I used HelpinU to install a solar battery system and car charger after an initial visit from Steve. Steve and their office team kept me informed of progress with the G99 application and installation date. The scaffolding was put up a few days in advance and taken down soon after completion. The roofers arrived at the agreed time, wearing company uniforms, were polite and considerate, wearing overshoes when they had to enter the house. The commissioning electrician and his apprentice were polite and kept us informed of progress. The system once turned on has worked better than expected

Steve from Helpin U Solar was great at explaining the whole process from start to finish. He ensured everything was done as promised, acted quickly on any issues and answered my many questions on this new technology. The tradesman used were exemplary - very polite, did a great job and cleaned up all the mess and rubbish afterwards. I would not hesitate in recommending this organisation.
