The fitter was late starting, he did inform us of the fact beforehand. However, we had to speak to him about not walking through the house or upstairs in his work boots. It was raining heavily. After removing the old boiler he'd made no attempt to fill the empty space between brick and wall. My husband fetched insulation to do it. He fitted a damaged brick. Three radiator valves were broken when attempting to balance the heating system. He was rushing to finish. We later found dirty finger marks by all the radiators on the walls. On a positive note, the boiler is working brilliantly, thanks.

Gary's workmanship was very good and he was always polite. He can have a cup of tea with us any day.!
