Engineer arrived bang on time both days. Gave me full details of what was going to happen and good idea how long the work would take. All floor areas were covered to protect carpets. I was kept up to date on their progress. Work completed with full satisfaction. The new boiler and controller was fully explained to me on how it all works.

Came on time, cleaned up when finished, polite, kept me up to date in what he was doing.

Excellent service no problems at all . Work carried out a professional and very tidy way . No complaints whatsoever .

He took his time over the work, did not appear to be rushed or distracted by other jobs. He did not leave until he was completely satisfied that the work was done and the system was functioning correctly.
