20 Years I've used them and they have always been the same
Very professional, explained all aspects of the work in detail and answered any questions I had. Tidy, respectful and polite. They were very appreciative of the refreshments I provided and unlike other trades people I have experienced, they did not stand around talking, taking breaks every hour or sat on their phones. All communication before and after the work was timely and helpful. They are not the cheapest electricians out there but I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for. Outstanding Service, installations and Certification for Schools
Honestly cannot recommend George and his team highly enough. We’ve been using Helsdown Electrical Contractors for the last five months on Schools and the service has been exceptional from start to Finish. Workmanship is outstanding, the team are professional and friendly. The level of service is something that’s becoming increasingly rare these days. If you’re looking for electricians you can trust to do the job right the first time, look no further. Household electrics had tripped - emergency call out
Our household electrics had tripped and wouldn’t turn back on despite being in the middle of a big job some distance away Helsdown came out and worked late to rectify the problem.
