Positive experience. Competent, courteous and honest. My boiler was found to have an issue but rather than charging me to fix it himself, the engineer advised I should go back to the manufacturer as the boiler is only a couple of years old and would still be covered by its guarantee (i.e. they'd fix it for free). Would certainly use Henri-Taylor again.

Everything was done very professionally at each stage. During the site visit to be able to prepare a quotation, the discussion led to us adding work that we had not considered feasible. On the day of the installation everything was handled well, with no trace of 'mess' at any stage. The new installations were made to a high standard, especially the routing of the necessary new pipework. Overall we are very pleased indeed with the finished job.

The person who came to do the service was skilled to do the job properly..He also advised us about a repair required next time

I needed to get an urgent gas safety test completed and the team at Henri-Taylor turned it around in less than 48 hours, the communication was excellent, the certificate as same day and I would highly recomend.

Henri-Taylor were great - professional installation; went above and beyond to talk us through all the options available. Responded quickly and did everything they could to minimise the impact on us during installation. Highly recommended - will be using them again for any boiler work I need.
