  Absolutely fantastic service from Richard & Ben from first contact to job completion. I needed a new gas boiler as my old unit had failed. I received a quote same day, booked the job and the boiler was installed a week later. The guys worked into the evening to get the job done for me, which I really appreciated. The kitchen was left spotless. You wouldn't know they had been there! Now I've discovered Richard Green Plumbing & Heating I won't go anywhere else for any gas / plumbing work that I might need in the future. Highly recommended.

  Our project was to relocate both the gas boiler and unvented hot water cylinder into the loft. Richard was totally professional throughout, keeping us informed as to what was happening and when, so as to keep the period of no hot water to a minimum. His work is of a high standard, neat and tidy, and as a retired British Gas engineer, I know good work when I see it. Not the cheapest around, but I am a firm believer in that you get what you pay for, and in this case, worth every penny. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Richards company to anyone requiring gas/servicing/plumbing work.

• Amazing 8 hour turn-around for emergency boiler replacement!

  Richard came round early afternoon to inspect some water leaking from our boiler in the loft. After discovering it rusted through it was decommissioned with immediate effect (the roofers had refitted the flue incorrectly). With newborn twins in the house, he quickly made a call to arrange for an emergency boiler replacement later that day. By 7pm we had a brand new boiler up and running. Truly incredible work, generosity, honesty and respect for their clients. Couldnt recommend them more highly. Really heartwarming to find genuine tradesmen and human beings in these difficult times.
