Hephaestus responded immediately to the emergency leak in my flat and assisted my tenant, going above and beyond to provide materials to catch water etc. Once insurers agreed the claim Hephaestus were on site within a few days and completed the significant repairs very quickly and efficiently. The task included fitting new plasterboards and insulation, removing kitchen cupboards, painting and making good. The flat looks as good as new. I can’t recommend this company highly enough. They are reliable, trustworthy and efficient, and will go the extra mile for their clients.

Hephaestus have done a brilliant job restoring our kitchen, the job involved some demolition, cleanup after the previous contractors, careful wall finishing and furniture assembly at the end. We planned out each step and both quality and organization/tidiness at every step were stellar.

So glad I discovered Hephaestus Bristol Ltd via Checkatrade. One of their outstanding traits is responsiveness, a valuable and often unusual commodity in a tradesperson. Lukasz answered my initial call, kept appointments as promised and kept me informed. He and Alex were impeccable in their effort to install these challenging vintage doors in our Victorian flat. They did a great job. They were friendly and diligent throughout the arduous process. We are so happy with the quality of their work we have had them return currently to re-tile our bathroom floors. Recommend them highly.

I cannot thank this company enough for all their hard work and fantastic workmanship. They created a brand new outside staircase for us, made a basement hatch bigger, added architrave to an opening we'd created. They filled in skirting and coving where it was needed helped me get the front door to fit better. Everyone we dealt with at this company was professional courteous and good to work with. They came when they said they would and they were on time, they were proactive when it came to solving problems and we were always kept informed about costs. I would definitely recommend their service
