It was really easy to work with Roland from Hepta: he was easy to communicate with, had good availabilty and no faff pricing, was punctual, did the job quickly and well, clearly a good and experienced tradesman, but also nice person who genuinly seemed like he wanted to do a good job. Very punctual in communicating and attending to the job. The work space was confined and difficult to marry a new cistern to a very old and different sized toilet bowl, but he was very practical and adept at the job. Very good work done and job finished timely and tidy.

Roland was professional and arrived on time. He helped us replace a tap and pipes which were damaged due to a leak. He also helped us replace the same tap in the downstairs bathroom. We are pleased with his work.
