Excellent local roofing company. Great pre-work survey, communicative throughout, responded quickly when we had an issue before works started, the work itself was quick and thorough, and the few little things that arose post-work were handled efficiently and pleasantly.

Tommy and the team did a thorough and comprehensive repair and overhaul of our roof and chimneys. We live in a conservation area where regulations are tight and appearance is crucial. We’ve had difficulty finding other tradesmen who can be trusted to start the job and do a proper job leaving the site clear when they had finished. Tommy explained everything he was going to do as we went along and made sure we were happy with the results, giving us worry free years ahead.

Had Herald Property Care Ltd do full house skimming and painting recently and honestly really happy with the result. The walls came out super smooth and the paint finish looks great throughout the house. Team was friendly, turned up on time and kept everything tidy. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and quality work.

Herald Property Care Ltd replaced our entire roof from the rafters up and the quality was outstanding. The team were hardworking, reliable, and clearly took pride in doing the job properly rather than cutting corners. They kept us informed throughout, fixed underlying timber issues we didn’t even know existed, and left everything clean and tidy each day. The finished roof looks fantastic and has completely transformed the house. Highly recommend.

Had some broken guttering and downpipes which were allowing rainwater down the exterior walls of the house. I called Herald, and they came round first thing to give a very reasonable quote, which another builder said they couldn't work too. But they did, and did a fantastic job as well! All completed in a couple of hours with the minimum of fuss. Really pleased with their work and happy to recommend them...

No-one yearns after a new roof. It’s costly, noisy, disruptive and time consuming. However it comes to all property at some stage. So the important thing is to find a company that is fair, provides good value, is efficient, responds constructively to customer needs and cracks on to minimise the fuss. Herald did all this in spades; the only hiccup was the weather (beyond even Tom’s control). His teams worked hard and effectively, his work system minimises the need for optional equipment (which adds to costs), whilst being effective and the house was always protected from the vagaries of the wea
