Absolutely amazed with the results from Hercules Services! The before and after was insane—it honestly looked like a completely different carpet. There was no messing around—they arrived with a van-mounted machine that used its own water and power, so there was nothing added to our utility bills. The machine was far more powerful than the portable ones many other carpet cleaners use, and the results really showed. It was definitely worth the cost. You get what you pay for, and we got a genuine 10/10 result. Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish! The carpets look brand new – I honestly can’t believe the difference. He arrived on time, was incredibly friendly, polite, and professional, and explained everything clearly before he started.
