Heritage team were great. We had a great Forman on site thought out the whole project (Slava) and Ali kept us dated at every stage of the project. We selected heritage homes after seeing work they completed on a house down the road and what really set them apart was unlike many other quotes they didn’t provide estimates but a fixed quote so we knew exactly what we were signing up for. Work was completed on time and the standard is flawless. Would recommended to all.

Heritage team showed great workmanship and consideration for our neighbours who were surprised at the speed and cleanliness of the site over the 4 month period works took to complete. The team worked in a tidy manner which allowed us to continue living at the premises as undisturbed as possible while works were ongoing. Our moderately sized, traditional 3 bedroom house has been transformed into a modern 4 bedroom with a Loft bedroom With en suite and 6m rear extension with toilet added. The quote price was the final price paid and construction was completed 2 weeks earlier than expected.

Honestly, I was apprehensive to start with because I had only this website to rely on and felt overwhelmed on embarking on building work. However, I was instantly reassured when talking to the Heritage Homes team on the phone, as they were very professional and polite and really took the time to listen to my wants and needs. So I made the decision of proceeding with them and I am pleased I did. I was not on site very often, the Heritage Homes team kept me well informed and sent me receipts for everything they bought. Heritage Homes were recommended to us by the architect we were working with, to build our rear house extension and we are so pleased that we followed this recommendation. The work has been carried out very efficiently in compliance with all building regulations and to a really high-standard. Internally the team has installed our new kitchen units and appliances, tiled the floor and painted the ground floor level. Their attention to details is fantastic and overall we are very pleased with the finished product.
