I'm so pleased with the job that Heritage Windows have done for me. Gary - lovely bloke - turned up on a day of all weathers and despite being rained upon and all sorts, he pulled out my 4 old wood frame windows and fitted new PVC ones. He tidied up as he went along and left the house looking great. Great job indeed and I won't hesitate to use Heritage Windows again.

John responded quickly to my request for a quote. He gave sound advice on the sort of door needed to replace our old one. I was under time pressure but John managed to get Mark to measure up the next day.The door was ordered and came more quickly than I expected. Mark then took out the old door and fitted the new one . He worked very hard on an unusually hot day and did a brilliant job. Very pleased.

We had both our back and front composite doors replaced by Heritage. John the owner came out and gave us a quote from a selection of door types he was very helpful, friendly with no pressure on us we decided on type and style and within 3 weeks of ordering they were fitted to perfection. Mark the door fitter was very efficient and completed a neat and tidy job within the day We would highly recommend Heritage to anyone.

Has two doors fitted a few weeks ago. Mark was quick, clean and did a great job.

Work was completed to a high standard except for some gaps left in the corner of the conservatory (against the wall) which we will need to fill in with caulk. Communication at the start and end of the process (securing business and payment) was very good but became a little patchy throughout the job when it came to times & dates of work being completed. Work was all done at different times and by different people but overall very happy with the improvements to our home and the peace of mind this has provided.

I would definitely recommend Heritage windows they were very professional from the start of getting a quote to having the fitters putting the windows in nothing was a problem they are very customer oriented and care about the products they are fitting Thank you for a job well done
