Landlords certificate - Gas boiler and kitchen hob.
New contact from "Checkatrade". Very happy with making the appointment, all details over txt messaging. Original appointment made for following week and did change but only by a day and was informed. Reported back immediately work completed and invoice sent within the week.

Move an outside tap from the back alley to the back garden
Very satisfied. Price as quoted, arrived on time, worked despite the rain, finished on time, discussed all options with usvery clearly, did exactly what we discussed and cleaned very well. The new taps look very nice and work well. A job very well done.

Boiler service
Hamel is the only plumber I will use in Herne Bay now after some horrendous experiences with other local tradespeople. His work, once again, was tidy, respectful and efficient. His prices are fair and he actually keeps his appointments or communicates with you if he gets held up for some reason. Hamel is a friendly and trustworthy plumber; I would highly recommend. Keep up the great work.

Replacing radiator towel rail
The work was carried out excellently and exactly as quoted. Hamel arrived exactly on time and completed the work very tidily. Everything was cleared away on completion. I would definitely use Herne Bay Heating and Plumbing again and would highly recommend them.
