I had a major problem after my roller garage door came out of the guides after getting jammed, Geoff managed to come and fix it about 3 hours after my call. All now OK plus he gave me a little bit of training for dealing with it if it should ever happen again.

Geoff responded within minutes of me posting late evening and was able to fit me in on the next afternoon. Repaired the garage door in about an hour, courteous & tidy. Would recommend.

From Geoff measuring up, to the quote being issued and until the completion of the job took only 6 days! Amazing. The standard of work was extremely high and no mess was left afterwards. The price of the door and the labour costs were extremely reasonable too. Cannot recommend Geoff and the company highly enough if you’re looking for a new garage door!

My electric roller garage door broke and I was unable to use it… being unable to contact the installer I used, I looked for a local company and came across Herts and Essex Garage Doors Ltd. Called them at 10am and they came on the same day and did a great job. Got my door working after a short time, without any problem. Wish I had found them to do the installation! Great service, great value and I’d definitely recommend! Well done Geoff.

Really pleased with the door, looks great and was fitted quickly and no mess left behind. We had a run through of how to look after and operate the door and told to call if we have any problems. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend
