Fast and easy callout for door opening
Locked out of house with no key. Arrived within 45 minutes on emergency callout and was fantastic in diagnosing and fixing what became a complicated job. Stayed and worked through the rain over multiple hours. Minimal damage to the door where could have easily caused damage. Would absolutely use againVerified reviewerJob location: HP2310 Lock Repair

Exceptional service & communication from Herts Master Locksmith!
Scott was great to deal with from the first call all the way through to the work being completed. What we thought was simple door handle fix and lock replacement ended up being a little more complex! Scott was really helpful offering advice & being clear on what would save us money. When he found the part that was needed and it was more expensive than the previous he was transparent & showed me the costs from the supplier. Exceptional service & communication and a great guy to boot! I would definitely recommend Scott & will be calling again if I ever need the services of a Master Locksmith!Verified reviewerJob location: SG110 Lock Repair

French doors not closing
Brilliant service from Scott. He responded quickly to our enquiry late at night, gave us a competitive quote and came out the next day. He quickly diagnosed and fixed our newly installed French doors that stopped closing properly due to the heatwave! Very polite, professional and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend and will use again in future!Job location: SG12RSarah H
