We had a burst water mains Herts Plumbing and there team was at our property within 30 minutes after explaining how to isolate the main water supply very tidy great price very professional

Replace Kitchen and Bathroom Taps
Replaced the kitchen and sink tap quick and cleanly. There were other problems with bathtub tap but outside of their control which they explained to concisely about the difficulties of replacing it

BROKE ARRANGEMENT
Broke contract to supply a service on agreed in writing day, time and fee, firstly citing "personal appointments (matter of urgency)", then changed the story to "having Covid". Refused to honour agreement when challenged on conflicting stories, acted childishly, and cost us time, inconvenience, and stress in having to cancel our prior arrangements.

Bloked toilet and soil pipe. Leaking toilet.
Attended within the hour. Got straight to the problem and resolved it swiftly. Polite and helpful. I was so grateful for their help as water was starting to drip into the ceiling and kitchen below. Great job guys.

Fitting new taps on kitchen sink and bathroom basin.
Work completed satisfactorily. On the day, I requested an invoice. On 3/12, I sent a what's app reminder asking for it. On 6/12, he sent a what's app asking for my email address ( though this wasn't strictly needed , as he could have taken a photo of the invoice and sent it by what's app). Today is the 12/12/22 and I'm still waiting for my invoice.

Pressure washing all the paving and concrete areas in the back garden
Excellent pressure washing job by 2 really professional guys. The difference was amazing! All the paving and concrete areas were cleaned to perfection leaving everything clean for the summer.
