Replaced leaking toilet cistern. Job was completed quickly and on the agreed date. Unlike many traders the price quoted included everything, including VAT. After the job we I found another leak in another part of the toilet, he came back the same day and fixed that FOC, despite it not bring covered in the original ptice.
