    Having called on late morning, by late afternoon, a very courteous engineer arrived (with a very switched on apprentice) and they methodically went through an investigation to establish the cause of the problem. Having identified the cause, a quick trip to the van to find a new sensor and having fitted it, the boiler came back to life. It wasn’t just left there, a full cycle test was completed to ensure that there were no other faults. Such a relief to get heating and hot water back for the weekend!

We are Hewer Facilities Management Ltd (Hewer). We are one of the longest established and respected plumbing and heating companies in Gloucestershire. With our friendly team, we have been looking after our communities homes since the 1960s and have built a reputation for quality and reliable service. (You may have seen our vans out and about, black van with a big red H on it?) We have a dedicated team for each workstream we offer, covering Central heating systems, boiler installations, breakdown and repairs along with a bespoke service and maintenance team. We also have a team who specialise in renewable energy and will be able to help with any of your needs such as ASHP servicing or repair. Furthermore, we also have a dedicated electrical team who are always happy to help with any electrical needs you may have.

We believe that our reputation of reliability and high standards of work speak for themselves, and we put this down to our core values, delivering the perfect customer journey for each and every customer no matter the job, big or small. All of our employees undergo annual customer satisfaction training enabling them to uphold our values and deliver excellent service directly to our customers.

We are a fully insured and accredited local business employing local people. We are Gas Safe and Oftec registered and carry out the following,

All workmanship and parts are covered by a 12-month guarantee. We use a state of the art electronic job processing system which produces electronic job reports and invoices so you will always be updated on the status of your job.
