Very pleased. We had a problem with the boiler coming on when it shouldn't. Martin listened to what we said in the initial phone call. He arrived on time and was pleasant, went through the problem with us, diagnosed the fault and fixed it. (Problem turned out to be a wiring mistake by the original installer). At the end he gave us some energy saving tips too, and it all runs lot better now
